What is the Mentorship Program?

Mentors from various backgrounds — graduate, undergraduate, basic science research, and medicine — are matched with mentees based on career interests. Over 6-8 weeks, mentors and mentees meet once a week, one-on-one. These meetings span various topics, from college applications and career guidance to work-life balance tips. The program also invites both its mentors and mentees to be a part of career talks with faculty of accredited institutions for insider advice.
